Our Philosophy
I am a strength and conditioning coach, endurance specialist, and mobility practitioner dedicated to helping people build strong, capable, and resilient bodies for life and performance. My coaching philosophy blends structured physical training with real-world application—focusing on strength, movement quality, and sustainable progress.
With a background in strength training, ultrarunning and mountaineering, also being a former and lifelong athlete - I bring lived experience to my training. I’ve completed multiple 100-mile races, including the renowned Leadville 100, and summited Mount Rainier, Mount Adams, and Mount Hood in the Pacific Northwest. Whether coaching high-performing athletes or those seeking lifelong movement capacity, my goal is always the same: deliver clear, effective programming that prepares people to meet any challenge—on the trail, in the gym, or in life.
Through my platform, Wear Training Systems, I provide individualized coaching that bridges strength, endurance, and mobility in a sustainable and impactful way.
